This 6 week course is 2 times per week on Wednesday nights 8pm to 9pm & Friday nights 6:30pm to 7:30pm.
This course is specifically designed for Women to learn Real Life Training for Real Life Situations, You will learn techniques, and be put into situations that will build your confidence and self awareness to motivate you to feel more at ease about being able to defend yourself. The techniques that you will learn derive from Muay Thai, Krav Maga, and Jiu Jitsu so that you will feel comfortable in all areas whether it be standing, close quarters, or on the ground.
Last time I did this event, it was a life-changing experience. I learned how to defend myself in real life situations, and I also gained confidence, fitness, and self-control. I highly recommend this event to anyone who wants to feel more empowered and secure.

The objectives of the seminar are to teach women how to defend themselves from physical and verbal attacks, how to increase their confidence and awareness, and how to avoid risky situations. The benefits of the seminar are that women will learn practical and effective self-defense techniques, improve their physical and mental health, and feel more empowered and safe in their daily lives.
The instructors are certified and experienced professionals who have trained in various martial arts and self-defense disciplines. They have also worked with women of different ages, backgrounds, and abilities, and have a deep understanding of the challenges and needs of women in today's society.
The topics and skills covered in the seminar include: how to recognize and prevent potential threats, how to use your voice and body language to deter attackers, how to strike and escape from common grabs and holds, how to use everyday objects as weapons, how to deal with multiple attackers, how to cope with fear and stress, and how to develop a self-defense mindset.
The costs for participating in the seminar are $150 per person, which includes all materials, equipment, and insurance. The requirements for participating in the seminar are: being a woman aged 18 or above, having no serious medical conditions or injuries, wearing comfortable clothes and shoes, and bringing a water bottle and a towel.
