  • What age groups do you offer classes for?

    We offer classes for Kids and Teens & Adults (ages 13 and up). Both programs are tailored to fit the needs of its respective age group, ensuring age-appropriate training and development.

  • Is martial arts safe for young children?

    Yes, martial arts is safe for young children when taught in a structured and controlled environment. Our instructors focus on safety, discipline, and age-appropriate techniques to ensure children learn effectively while reducing any risk of injury.

  • How do I know if my child is ready for martial arts?

    If your child enjoys active play, follows basic instructions, and is eager to learn, they are ready for martial arts! Our program is designed to accommodate beginners and build their confidence, focus, and coordination.

  • What should my child or I wear to the first class?

    For the first class, we recommend wearing comfortable athletic clothing such as a t-shirt and sweatpants. Once enrolled, students will receive a uniform that they can wear to each class.

  • How often should students attend classes?

    We recommend attending at least two classes per week for consistent progress. However, students are welcome to attend more frequently to accelerate their skills and development.

  • Do you offer a free trial class?

    Yes! We offer a 2 -week trial class so you or your child can experience our training environment before making a commitment. Contact us to schedule your first session.

  • Will martial arts help my child with confidence and discipline?

    Absolutely! Martial arts builds confidence by helping students set and achieve goals, and it reinforces discipline through structured lessons. Over time, children become more self-assured and disciplined both in and out of the dojo.

  • Do I need prior experience to join the Teens & Adults program?

    No prior experience is needed! Our Teens & Adults program is designed for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced students. Our instructors provide step-by-step guidance to ensure everyone progresses at their own pace.

  • What type of self-defense skills will I or my child learn?

    Students will learn practical self-defense techniques, including striking, blocking, and situational awareness. Kids are also taught how to respond to bullying and negative influences in a non-aggressive but confident manner.

  • How do I sign up and what are the membership options?

    Signing up is simple! Contact us to schedule your free trial class, and our staff will guide you through the membership options available. We offer flexible plans to fit different schedules and goals.
