We offer classes for Kids and Teens & Adults (ages 13 and up). Both programs are tailored to fit the needs of its respective age group, ensuring age-appropriate training and development.
Yes, martial arts is safe for young children when taught in a structured and controlled environment. Our instructors focus on safety, discipline, and age-appropriate techniques to ensure children learn effectively while reducing any risk of injury.
If your child enjoys active play, follows basic instructions, and is eager to learn, they are ready for martial arts! Our program is designed to accommodate beginners and build their confidence, focus, and coordination.
For the first class, we recommend wearing comfortable athletic clothing such as a t-shirt and sweatpants. Once enrolled, students will receive a uniform that they can wear to each class.
We recommend attending at least two classes per week for consistent progress. However, students are welcome to attend more frequently to accelerate their skills and development.
